return & exchange
Trim Ideas will gladly accept returns and exchanges on any product bought within 15 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.
If your product is defective and was purchased in a store, please return your item to the store in which you purchased it for a replacement or refund.
Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for return and 25% re-stocking fee will be charge. ANY items which are discontinued and no longer sold in store CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.
warranty
All products purchased from Trim Ideas come with a 90-day manufactures’ guarantee that commences on the date of customer purchasing the goods. Once this period expired, Trim Ideas will not be held responsible for any quality issues that may occur. If Trim Ideas feels the nature of the fault is human error, not a manufacturing defect, Trim Ideas withholds the right of refusing liability.
